How We Price Our Projects
At Technicate Solutions, our pricing model is built to ensure transparency, efficiency, and a high level of collaboration with our clients. We want every project to start with a clear understanding of scope, effort, and investment.
1. Free Discovery Session
Our process begins with a cost-free meeting. This is our opportunity to learn about your project—what your goals are, what challenges you may be facing, and what you're hoping to build. There's no obligation, just a chance to explore together.
2. Design Phase (if needed)
If your project is still in the idea stage or lacks a clearly defined structure, we recommend a Design Phase. This is a scoped engagement where we work with you to map out your MVP (Minimum Viable Product), understand your user journey, and define technical needs.
The cost of the Design Phase is project-dependent and will be clearly communicated before any work begins.
3. Deliverables from the Design Phase
The outcome of this phase includes:
- Clear MVP feature set
- Estimated project timeline
- Sprint breakdowns
- Infrastructure recommendations
4. Project Rate Calculation
Once we’ve completed the Design Phase and clearly defined the project scope, we calculate our development costs using the following method:
- We multiply our hourly rate by 6.5 hours per day per developer dedicated to your project.
- We then add a 20% overhead to account for administrative support, project management, and quality assurance.
5. Our Hourly Rates
Technicate Solutions uses dynamic rates to tailor each engagement. These are the current standard rates used across our service offerings:
- Development: $189/hour
- Project Management: $165/hour
- Consulting: $210/hour
- Rush work increase: 15%
