Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, designs, and deliverables produced by Technicate remain subject to the intellectual property terms defined in your individual service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from any Technicate deliverable without express written permission is prohibited.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Technicate for software development, integration, or consulting services are responsible for ensuring that any content, data, or third-party systems they provide or request Technicate to work with do not violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Technicate reserves the right to decline work that would require violation of this policy.
Miscellaneous
Technicate reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service engagement in part or in full for violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. In all but the most serious cases, good faith efforts will be made to resolve issues without interruption of service. Resolution of any interruption will be handled on an individual case basis at Technicate's sole discretion.
